SOZO is a work leisure brand designed and produced right here in Cleveland, OH. Our mission is to provide high quality apparel to innovators and entrepreneurs in all different types of industries. We are looking to hire candidates who have a strong interest in the design and production side of fashion. By giving them the ability and exposure to learn new skills and gain experience, we hope to further their careers in fashion. Part time or full-time positions are available. Candidates have the potential to receive a permanent position after a 60-day trial period, that includes benefits and a pay increase.
· Operates sewing production equipment to fulfill production orders
· Inspects garments to ensure they meet/exceed the floor supervisor and customer parameters
· Develop positive relationships with program fellow associates, supervisors, customers, and office staff
· Ensure that all production schedules and quality standards are met
· Able to adapt to all areas of production
· Perform housekeeping functions including sweeping, emptying trash, etc.
· Participate in design, marketing, and overall brand brainstorming meetings with the production team
· Strong dexterity, excellent hand/eye coordination
· Attention to detail
· Reliability, and excellent TEAMWORK!
· Operate assigned equipment in a safe, effective and efficient manner

· 20-40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm
