Checkout

When you are ready to complete your purchase, simply go to checkout and follow the steps below to place your order.

Registered users

If you are a returning customer and have an account with us, please sign in using your email address and password and you will be taken directly to the checkout tab.

Non-registered users

If you are not registered, you can proceed without creating an account or you can create an account.

Billing and shipping info

Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Your credit card will not be accepted without an accurate billing address and telephone number. If you are a returning customer, your billing address will automatically appear on the Billing and Shipping page. If the shipping address is different than the billing address, enter the address where you would like your order shipped.

Payment information

At this time, you must verify your address information is correct, review your order and then enter your payment method and click "Place Order."

Purchase summary

After you complete the checkout process, the Purchase Summary page confirms detailed of the order you have placed and also provides you with a Purchase Summary reference number.

Order and shipment confirmations

You will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number - you can use this to track your order in My Account. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of the item(s) that have been sent. Please note that if you order more than one item, it is possible that different items may arrive on different days depending on stock availability.

Canadian orders

All orders are charged in US dollars. Credit card companies may convert your total to your local currency. Your order confirmation reflects US dollars.

Changing or cancelling order

When you place an order with us, it is processed immediately to help ensure your package is delivered within our estimate shipping time frames.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Creating an account

Your account stores information such as order history and your billing and shipping addresses. It also offers you the ability to track your order(s). The password assures that only you have access to your account information.

Please note as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts and limited carrier transportation, orders may experience longer than normal transit times.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business day of ordering. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be valid.

Free Shipping
Free standard ground shipping is valid for orders over $40 where the minimum order amount has been met after applicable discounts have been applied. Gift cards and free items are not applicable to order total. Free, flat or discounted shipping offers valid on standard ground shipping only, unless otherwise specified, to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from any FREE or reduced shipping offers.

Address Exclusions
We are unable to ship to Canadian P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Canadian shipping restrictions
Due to carrier restrictions, various Canadian Postal Codes are not eligible for Standard UPS Ground Shipping. However, your order can be delivered by UPS 2nd Day Air (delivery in 3-5 business days). We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

International
We currently DO NOT ship to international addresses (except for Canada).

STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery may take 5 - 7 business days
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express delivery may take up to 3 days.

Canada, Alaska & Hawaii:
STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery may take 10 - 15 business days
EXPRESS DELIVERY: Express delivery may take up to 5 days.

Tax & Tax Exempt Orders
Sozo Workwear USA collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax, plus the District of Columbia. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address. For a tax exempt order, please click here or call our Customer Care Center at (877) - 839 - 9217.

Weekend Delivery
Orders will not deliver on weekends (unless shipped via UPS SurePost®, USPS will delivery on Saturdays if the shipment is available) or holidays.
