This Privacy Policy applies only to information the Company collects through the Site or in connection with your registration with and onboarding to the Site, and does not apply to its collection of information from other sources.

You do not need to provide any personally identifiable information to visit public sections of the Site. The Site may track user involvement in Site blogs and forum discussions.  For example, the Site may keep track of user-generated comments to ensure compliance with the content standards described in the Terms of Sale and Use.



You can deactivate your account at any time by contacting the Company; see the Contact Information below.  When you deactivate your account, your account will be disabled, but your public comments will remain on the Site.  The Site has no responsibility to take down, remove, or edit any of your public activities or any submissions that are a result of your public activities.



The Company may use “cookies” and other similar technologies on the Site. Cookies are text files that are commonly used on many Web sites to store a user’s preferences through use of an identifier transferred to the user’s computer through the web browser. The personally identifiable information you provide to the Company is generally used to carry out your requests, to respond to your inquiries and for the Company’s own administrative, sales, marketing, service and product development purposes.  If you place an order through this website, the Company will collect from you your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.  The Company will use this information to fullfil your order and to provide customer service related to it, and may provide your name, physical address and telephone number to a third party package delivery service.  This use of your personal information is necessary to allow the Company to fulfill the terms of any contract it enters with you.

  • The Company may share aggregated non-personal information about you and de-identified individual data and profiles with third parties. This is information that is combined with the non-personal information of other users and does not allow you to be identified or contacted. Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not charge third parties for this aggregated information. We also may not limit the third parties' use of the aggregated information or de-identified individual data.  
  • The Company  does not share non-aggregated information about your sales or purchases of products or your offers to do so with its successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies or other companies under common control that the Company may have now or in the future (“Affiliated Companies”).  As the Company continues to develop its business, the Company may sell or purchase assets.  In the event of a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation the Company may transfer, sell or assign to third parties information concerning your relationship with the Company, including, without limitation, personally identifiable information that you provide and other information concerning your relationship with the Company.

The Company uses non-personal information in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, analyzing Site traffic, understanding customer needs and trends, and improving the services offered.  The Company may use your non-personal information by itself or aggregate it with information obtained from other users.  The Company may share your non-personal information with its Affiliated Companies and third parties to achieve these objectives.

The Company may provide users with the opportunity to register for services and information delivered via text messaging and other wireless device messaging services (e.g., SMS) and, in the event the Company engages in such wireless device messaging, users are required to provide their consent to receive such information by registering on the Site or via their wireless device.  The Company may require you to consent to the receipt of such wireless device messages in a subsequent confirmation message.  The information requested as part of the online registration process may include your wireless telephone number or email address and your carrier’s name.

If you register to receive wireless device messages, you understand and agree that you MAY be charged by your wireless carrier for all such messages sent to you.  Standard messaging rates will apply, unless noted otherwise.  Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for any wireless email or text messaging charges incurred by you or by a person that has access to your wireless device, telephone number or email address.

You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by following the instructions in the text message or by replying with  STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END or QUIT.  If you unsubscribe to wireless device messaging, the service(s) will be terminated and will cancel your previous opt-in. You may continue to receive the service(s) for a limited period of time while your cancellation is processed. You understand, acknowledge and agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, terminate any offer of any specific and/or general wireless device messaging service at any time without advance notice.  The Company may provide notice of terminations or changes in service on the Site.



The Company has implemented security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology to encrypt the transmission of nonpublic, personally identifiable information over the Internet.  The Company also uses additional security devices, including, but not limited to, firewalls, security patches and anti-virus programs to protect personally identifiable information.

The Site may contain a link to another Web site operated by a third party (a “Linked Site”).  The Company is not responsible for the content of a Linked Site or your use of a Linked Site.  A Linked Site may have its own privacy policy in place, which the Company recommends you review if you visit a Linked Site.  The Company does not control and is not responsible for what third parties do in connection with their website or how they handle your personally identifiable information.

The Site may include functionality that allows integration with third party sites, including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social network sites. The Company may allow you to share selected information with those third party sites, and you may be permitted to export information concerning your use of the Site to such third party sites.  Some of those third party services may provide the Company with information to enhance and personalize your use of the Site.  If you submit credentials (e.g., username and password) for a third party website or service during your registration for the Site or in connection with updating your user profile, the Company may receive your information from such third party website or service.



You may request in writing to the email address listed under the “Contact Information” provision below that the Company delete or amend any personally identifiable information that it holds about you.  The Company will respond to your request and, if applicable and appropriate, will make the requested change in its active databases as soon as reasonably practicable. The Company may request proof of identity prior to disclosing your personally identifiable information.  That may include requiring you to provide any passwords or security information you provided when the Company collected the information from you.  The Company may not be able to fulfill certain requests while allowing you access to certain benefits and features on the Site. In the event the Company amends your personally identifiable information upon your request, the Company may retain a copy of the previous version for its record. Because of the way the Company maintains certain services, after you delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from the Company’s active servers and may remain in the Company’s backup systems.

In the event you exercise these rights, you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for you exercise of these rights and the Company will not discriminate against you.

Your authorized agent may contact us to exercise any of these rights. That person can contact us at the email address in the Contact Us section, and must provide proof that the agent is acting on your behalf.  That may require you to provide us with proof that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf, and will require that you verify your identity as described above.



The Site is a general audience site and does not knowingly collect or store personally identifiable information about Site visitors under the age of 13.  If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe he or she has disclosed personally identifiable information to the Company please contact the Company in writing at the email address listed under the “Contact Information” provision below.  A parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 may review and request deletion of such child’s personally identifiable information as well as prohibit the use thereof.



Residents of the State of California, United States of America have the right to request from certain businesses with whom the California resident has an established business relationship a list of all third parties to which the business, during the immediately preceding calendar year, has disclosed certain personally identifiable information for direct marketing purposes.  The Company is only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year.  If you are a resident of California and would like to obtain this information, you can send a written request to the email address listed under the “Contact Information” provision below with the heading “California Privacy Rights.” In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address.  NOT ALL INFORMATION SHARING IS COVERED BY THE CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS REQUIREMENT AND ONLY INFORMATION ON COVERED SHARING WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE.



The Company is located in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.  If you are accessing this site from within the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) gives you certain rights.  The Company is a “controller” as defined in GDPR.


  • Use of your data

We use your personal data only for the purposes we describe in this policy.  Those purposes include allowing us to perform a contract with you by fulfilling your order and  providing customer service in connection with it, or, where you have given us consent, to send direct marketing to you.  We also may use your data to further our legitimate interests in improving our website, responding to security incidents, or responding to requests from law enforcement.  If you elect not to provide personal data necessary for us to fulfill an order or to provide customer service to you, we will be unable to do so.  If you elect not to allow us to place cookies or to collect your IP address, you may be unable to access the website or any of our services through the website.

We keep your data for one (1) year.

  • Your rights 

              You have the right to withdraw any consent you have previously given us, including consent for the processing of your personal information for purposes of direct marketing.  You may do so by following the directions provided elsewhere in this privacy policy. If you exercise that right, it will apply only to future processing and will not affect processing we have already performed.


              You have the right to request access to, request correction, or request deletion of your personal information.  You also have the right to ask us to restrict further processing of your personal information or to object to processing when the lawful basis of our processing is to further a public interest or to further certain of our legitimate interests.               You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the EU if you believe we have violated your rights under GDPR.



The effective date of this Privacy Policy is May 11, 2020. The Company may amend our privacy policy at any time by posting a revised version on this website.  The revised version will be effective at the time we post it.
