ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to make any changes to your order please contact customer service as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, please follow the instructions below to process a refund once your items have been received.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS (US only)
If you would like to exchange your item, please fill out the exchange column on the provided packing slip and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
SOZO gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online in store for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. After 30 days of purchase, a store credit will be issued.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable on returns.
